Warm body parts

Hello sir my question is why sometimes head and neck of body is warm to touch and else body part not but when measure no fever sometimes in remain hot continuous 4-5 hrs sometimes after every 3-4 hrs in a day it not happening everyday but someday when wake up head and neck is warm to touch no fever like that is this normal

You have doubts of fever, so if you don't have headache body ache, normal appetite no  cold cough running nose throat pain just forget all this warm feeling
