My brother is suffering from regular breathing problem with memory loss,nausea, chest pain, stomach ache and sometimes severe heart pain which is causing breathing problem this was happened because he took nearly 250-300 random medicines which were all different and unknown altogether because of some family issues earlier he was very healthy 😔😔and  on consultation with a random dr. He said that his heart may block and he may also die😔😔😔😔😔 please suggest me which lab tests are required to know all the problems regarding his mental health 😔😔
