Want to opt for lenses

I have tried to use lenses but they to be rough sometimes which leads to red eyes. Need suggestions for soft which I can opt for because sometimes it's irritating to wear spectacles.

Usually daily lenses are advised for use for 8 hours but some extended wear varieties can be used for 12-14 hours. Occasionally, when someone has dry eye syndrome the situation tends to worsen earlier.
Next Steps
Try wearing extended wear variety. Try B&L or Silk lenses. Also use some artificial tears thrice a day.
