My height is 4 feet 10 inches. I am 30 years old. Is it medically possible to increase my height at least by few inches.

No, medically it’s not possible to increase height at ur age. As our growth centers fuse sometime after puberty. But u can work on ur posture and maintain a healthy weight. Work on ur personality and be positive.
