My period is very irregular often over the space of 4 months. It also lasts around 2 weeks when I get it and is very painful. I would like to go on the pill but I don't know which one I need. I also need a perscription. I also want it for birth control.

Please consult gynceologist. You need to be examined Blood test and sonography etc. Start pills under guidance of gynec after through evaluation
