Waiting period for COVID vaccination

I was infected with COVID and recovered on 14th April. The symptoms were mild and intensity was not severe. I'm planning to take my 1st vaccine dose on 17th June (after 8 weeks) since my job profile involves extensive travelling. Is it safe to take it now? Is there any defined waiting period for taking vaccine after COVID recovery?
