There is sharp pain at the entrance of the vulva and taking tryptomer 50 mg to control the pain..do we have any permanent treatment for this condition.

Please consult with a Gynaecologist in your area. A physical examination is required. You are in the perimenopausal state. It is possible that there may be some changes in the Vaginal epithelium. We should look for some organic causes first before labelling as vulvodynia.
