My baby vomitting even when he drinks water. Looks like a sunstroke. We are giving him DAMSTAL is it fine ?

It's fine If not getting better Check urine microscopy If infection treat If developing loose motion treat Consult a pediatrician May b gastro reflex following viral gastritis May get better itself Give 1 sip every minute water to avoid reflex vomiting.
