He started with motions two days ago, consulted a doctor who suggested an antibiotic, but since evening he is having continuous vomitting gave him ondem which Also he is vomitting. He is not holding even water .

If no fever and bad smelling stool  don't give antibiotics Just give medicine for vomiting  Don't give anything even water also  for atleast 30 min after that. Keep ur child well hydrated with plenty of oral liquids including water Fruit juices and ORS if needed
