I have severe fever,vomiting,loose motion & abdominal pain & breathing problem from last three days

Hello there. I can understand your concern. You can take a tab. pantakind once or twice a day half an hour before food for 3 days. Tab. Sporolac-ds thrice a day after food for 5 days.
