Vomiting in 3rd month

Dear mam my sister 3 rd month 5 days running as per doctor advice every month going checkups all are perfect .. but since 3 months she having day by day vomits still vomits happens doctor said it's normal. And recommended vomikind and doxinate . Even also vomits happens . But today I taken zofer 4 tab someone my colleague told me today am fine no vomits happens . So my query is can I take zofer 4 or doxinate only safe please tell ...thanks .

She can take doxinate daily before bed. And if she experiences vomitting in spite of that,then she can take vomikind/zofer as and when required
