my ward is nine months old . she is vomitting passing semi watery stool and body is also warm. plz suggest medicine .we are in remote area due to lokdown

Do msg the weight
As child is 9 months old , I assume weight to be approximately 7-8 kgs
For vomiting - syp ondem - 1.5 ml half an hour before feeding anything two times a day
( As you are in a remote area , if ondem is not available ask for syp domstal - 2 ml)
- for loose stools - syp zinconia 2.5 ml once daily and enterogermina suspension 1 daily
- for fever , give calpol drops 1 ml

give soft diet , frequent water sips and ORS
