Vomiting, cold and coughing

My child 8 months old, Daily 1 time vomiting and coughing. Cold continuing still not yet cured. We have used asthakind for cough for 2 days in 6 the month stopped immediately, in 7th month promethazine for 6 days and stopped now using domstall at 8 the month. Plz I don't like to use any medicine. Plz suggest me

Ur baby is  having  vomiting and  cough  But  not  severe Don't use any medicine  for that  Just  give  proper  food  in  adequate  amount  Ans  thats  all
