My brother has been vomiting and suffering from loose motions since the past two days. Pls could you advice

He can take tablet Domstal 1 tablet thrice daily for five days. He can take tablet Cefram OZ one tablet twice daily for five days. He can take Dygene syrup two tablespoons thrice daily for five days
