My 4 year kid has Vomiting and Fever since noon. She had little cough since yesterday. Seeking your help in getting medicine for the same

Give paracetamol syp (250mg) 4 -5 ml every 6 hrs for fever..brozeet ls syp may help for cough in some children with lower resp  infection..
