Suffering from acidity and vomiting from last 5 years. There is no proper diagnosis regarding this. Please help me

Gastritis gerd etc are possible causes. Sometimes these problems are difficult to treat. But a good treatment can still be possible.

avoid spicy foods coffee tea cold drinks alcohol smoking junk food etc.
