Vomit, stomach ache and loose motion

My baby boy is 2.10 years and from last few days he is complaining for stomach ache, i visited 1 doctor where he given meftal spas, emeset and 1 tablet, but after this also he is not well, Regular vomit, loose motion and stomach ache he is complaining and also he is not eating anything.
