Today my 1 month old baby vomitted during feeding. I am using upright position to feed her. Is this cause of concern. Or normal.

After every time you feed your child you should give proper burping for at least 15 to 20 minutes and if there is once or twice vomiting do not worry only if there is excess of vomiting then it is a matter of concern

Some amount of vomiting is quite common in this age group. Do burp your baby properly after each feed for at least 10 to 15 minutes.
