Vomit after feeding

My baby is 8 weeks now and from past 3-4 days he will vomit atleast twice or thrice a mouthful of milk. I went to my pediatrician and he examined the stomach and said the stomach is smooth so need no to worry and gave domstol drops. My question is A. Is it fine if the baby vomits a mouthful of milk after every feed. If yes will he gain weight because of this vomiting? B. Apart from domstol drops what can be done to avoid vomiting?

Take a video of baby's abdomen when baby is asleep and send. Symptoms mimic pyloric stenosis.

If baby vomits large quantity of milk(complete feed) and not feeding actively then should worry. Other wise no need to worry . Burp the child for atleast 25mins to 30mins , that decreases the reflux and vomiting episodes eventually. No need of other drugs . Consult if vomtings continue.
