I had my last periods 10 aug 2018 and i had pregnancy test which was positive I am having mild abdomen pain i concern doctor , she prescribed me medicines Vomisave 4 tablet twice a day ,Cor 3 once a day , megagest sr 300 once a day and duvadilan twice a day for 3 weeks . The pain remains for few seconds only . Is these medicines are safe or i can reduce the disage , please guide me about this
