My brother aged:5,has been doing something like urinal spasum or he is just grabbing his like phallus,he is in pain and he is doing this since 2 years and I consulted a doctor,He said void disfunctional and please doctors can you give me guide to cure him

Do timed voiding.....and also look after his bowel habits..give syp duphalac if constipated....do usg kub once.
