My sound is very bold and harsh since I was in 6th standard and it dosent sound feminine. Everyone makes fun of me ..is this amythig related to medical condition.

Hello The sound is produced by the movement of vocal cords and oral cavity together . During puberty the quality of voice is affected . There is nothing to worry about . Visit ENT specialist and get an examination of larynx done to rule out any other factors .
