I have vitiligo patches on my body, mostly on arms and legs. Also on uperlip. Please let me know the treatment. Let me know as soon as possible

A condition like vitiligo can't be managed in this platform. I advice you to meet a dermatologist personally as you need certain investigation and medications with proper guidance . Lastly long term management as it is a chronic disease.
