Vitiligo Skin Diesease

I have white patches on both my foot. I am taking treatment under dermatologist since august but still no sign of any recovery. Now a days I am using Pacroma, topcort and Vitix. Before this I was told to take olmis inplace of Pacroma and melgain. Also taking antioxidants. Can you please help me recover from this disease.
