Vitiligo is definitely a very difficult condition to resolve. But presently lot of new modalities of treatment are available.If it is not increasing then narrow band uvb is a good option. Also now autologous melanocyte suspension treatment is done. But you have to be consistent and patient with any treatment that you opt for. Hope this helps.
