Vitiligo/Acne scars query

I am 39 and I have a small white patches in my tibia leg region in both legs.it started 1 year back.its vitiligo confirmed by dermatologist and what should i have to do to prevent spread. Also I was planning to take C02 laser for severe acne scars in my face. Can I undergo laser for acne scars evnthough I have vitiligo.pls advice. Thanks..

For acne scars...Undergo fraxel laser resurfacing therapy.. otherwise few creams also available...for detailed prescription do direct online consultation by sending photos.
