I have been taking Add3 and cobadex forte for sometime as was diagnosed low in vitamin D. But for past few months both the medicines are short supplied in Bangalore area. Please suggest suitable alternatives for both.

Pls check Ur vit d levels and share the reports. So tat correct medical treatment can be given to u. Pls dont take self medications.
