How effective are VitaminD supplements. I am moving with my husband and 1.4yrs old baby to Scotland this month and I have been warned of lack of adequate sunlight in the country and people are advised to take vitaminD supplements. Can someone suggest me good VitaminD tablets that I can buy here and take to Scotland. Also is JusDee drops sufficient for my baby? Kindly advise on medicine, dosage and diet to follow for VitaminD requirements.
