Hi. i am a 20 year old female. i have been diagnosed with very low vit d. my blood report dates back to 22/11/2016 (4 months ago). my 25(OH) vit D(total) result was <8.0 ng/mL. i was recommended vit d3 60k for 2 months once a week. but i have been told by some other sources that its not enough because i suffer from vitiligo and i am presently undergoing depigmentation. so i strictly stay out of sunlight. thus i need to have supplements constantly. how much UI shouyld i taske everyday? and do i take it with magnesium supplements? if so, how much power?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Inj. Uprise D3 6L once a week for 3 weeks. Followed by tab. D3 must 60k once a week for 12 weeks. Along with this tab. Supracal pro once a day after food for a month. After 12 weeks, if needed , it will have to be continued. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain. BANGALORE.
