Hello there. I can understand your concern. It's very low amount of vitamin D. The symptoms are generalised weakness, join pains, generalised body aches, cramps etc. What you need to do is get sun light exposure before 12 for atleast 20 minutes a day with at least 20 percent of your body area exposed. Take injection uprise D3 6L once a week for 10 weeks. Tab. Supracal pro once a day after food. Consult a general physician for further help. Best regards. Dr. Anil Kumar Jain.

Hi...., Vitamin D3 deficiency can result from inadequate exposure to sunlight; malabsorption from the gut....Vitamin D3 deficiency usually will not cause any symptoms and it is asymptomatic.... Some the most common symptoms include Fatigue...General muscle pain and weakness...Muscle cramps...Joint pain...Chronic back pain...Weight gain..Restless sleep...If its left untreated it may cause osteomalacia in adults.... Adequate exposure to sunlight is the richest source... Consult Physician....
