Hi my dad is 57 and had hydroxyvitamin D 9.70 which is less as per normal range. Doctor advice to take uprise d3 once in a week. It's been 6 weeks 6 tablets he has taken But my dad is still facing cramps in elbow and shivering of hand at times when he picks up somethingh Please suggest any solution to his problem.
