Took uprise d3 cholecalciferol tablet once in a week for a month. After 2 months, vitamin d3 is only 12ng/ml ( 25 hydroxy cholecalciferol - method CMIA). . Can i continue to take the same tablet for another 3 months ? I have skin pigmentation on hands and legs.
