How long does it take to raise vitamin D levels? My recent lab results showed my level is only 5 ng/mL... From 1 week im taking 1)Tayo five Hundred mg...1 daily 2)Tayo sixty Thousand IU..1 once in a week I'm suffering in very Bad condition muscle/joint pain and weakness, bone pain Tiredness,fatigue,depression Pls Help

This will take 3 months. Consult your doctor for injection of vit d3 Will give very quick results.
