My vitamin d has plummeted to 8 .... I am having muscle pain in thighs calf arms foot palms I have been advised uprise d3 60k once a week for 8 weeks ... I have taken 5 such tablets ... plus levocarnitine tab 500 how will it take to cure the deficiency? And when should I retest
