Yesterday one of my relative gifted me a vitamin c serum...ingredients list- (Purified water, Ethyl ascorbic acid, Niacinamide, Ceramide III, Sodium Hyaluronate, Biosaccharide gum-1, Phenoxy ethanol, Fragrance & Suitable base.) Is it suitable for ACNEPRINE,OILY,SENSITIVE SKIN???
