Vitamin C serum alone would not be effective enough... if you skin dullness of lack of texture additional treatment would be needed. While buying try to buy a reputable brand like cipla, or dr reddy's or KLM Pharma because Vitamin C has stability issues and not all brands have equal efficacy.
