Vitamin C & CALCIUM tablet

Hello Doctor, I wanted to know if shelcal (for calcium) and ascorbic acid tablet (for vitamin c) (500mg) is fine to give my parents? When they are already taking uprise D3 60k? Also my mother is lactose intolerant. They are taking all these medicines already.

Kindly don't take vit D tablets without proper prescription. Toxicity is bad as well Vit D tabs are indicated for max of 2month with once a week dosage

Post menopausal( after menstruation stops ) woman need a calcium tablet in daily basis..and vitamin c can also be taken..no harm in takinh
