I take matilda er from lupin which costs 200 rupees per 10 tabs. Can i take nervup od from abott instead which costs 120 rupees per 10 tabs instead?

Hello, nervup - od as same dose of methycobalamine but the dose of folic acid (1.5mg) and pyridoxine(3mg) are less compared to matilda -er(folic acid Is 5mg, pyridoxine is 10mg) but also has alpha lipoic acid too. If you want it solely for vitamin b 12(methycobalamine) you can take this. Please talk to your doctor.
