Sir I get some symptoms like tingling sensation, numbness, itching, internal body vibration,brain fog type ..so I get my full blood test ...where everything is under normal range but my vitamin B12 shows..244pg/ml and my vitamin d is 49nmol/l ...my mama is doctor so he suggested to take..1500mcg injection for 5 week (1 injection per week till 5 week)...and for vitamin d3 he gave me tablet...so I buy neuroday injection 1500mcg ... should I take it intermuscular? 🥲Is it going to show any side effect..I am very worried
