Vitamin B12 and red blood cell count

I have recently ordered a blood test in which there is a abnormality I have found. My vitamin B12 level is 174pg/ml, which is lower than normal where as My red blood cell count is 5.68 * 10^6 /ul,which is higher than normal. From what I have read, low level of B12 should indicate low rbc. My question is why this abnormality? Should I go for more through testing? I can show my blood report if it helps further.

Hello, b.com is less absorption. RBC is not that high n IMPORTANT. INJ NEUROBION forte one AMPLE IM AST PER WEEK FOR FIVE week.followed by one per month for three months. When this correct RBC become normal.green VEGETABLE,salad, FRUITS to be taken.ok.

This could be due to lab tests accuracy problem. Repeat the blood reports from a good lab like SRL or Metropolis and then consult a doctor.
