Vitamin B12 and D deficiency

2018-08-27 11:03:13
How do I overcome Vitamin B12 and vitamin D deficiency? I thought I am suffering from anxiety and depression. But since therapy isn't  really benefitting me, so someone informed me that a precursor to this can also be a deficiency of Vitamin B12 or Vitamin D. How do I find out and get better?

First get required tests done. Then consult with reports . As it can’t be random suggested .
