Hi, I have vitamin B12 =174.6 pg/ml And Hydroxy vitamin D3=14.82 ng/mL Pls suggest on this. Attached the lab test report

The lab report is not attached. However you will have to use the SUPPLEMENTS. E.g. calcerol d3 ,One sachet wkly. And tab or inj methyl cobalamine 1500 I u.daily. I Will suggest you to consult an ophthalmologist nearby and get the proper examination done and take SUPPLEMENTS as per the signs and symptoms.
