Vit D deficient
My vit D was around 3. I took D rise 60k weekly for 2 months and then I stopped taking the capsules. But my joint pains and headaches again started happening after I left taking the medicine. My wrist bones have started becoming visible now. Is it related to low vit D and calcium levels?
In my opinion , at your age deficiency despite of taking medication is very unlikely.
