Hello, It depends on the power. Of its a small difference then one might not have much problem only less then normal vision. If too much difference, you can have headache, eyestrain, watering and offcourse blurred vision which can hamper your daily activities like driving or watching tv etc. Always get your epctacles frequently checked and wear regularly.
