My son age 11 year  has steroid induced cataract in both eye Left eye operation done in delhi shroff eye centre before six month ago vision is 6/6p IOL abott company  power 20.5 D mono focal Right eye before 25 days vision is perfect 6/6 IOL alcon company power is 19.5 D mono focal is this good configuration why different IOL power select for both eye vision is perfect in right eye please explain

It depends upon the axial length and corneal curvature. Different numbers in either eye is not unusual .
