Vision problem(blurry/shadow)

I had a LASIK surgery in 2014 after 5 years my eyesight changed and I got -0.5 number in both eyes(after surgery it was perfect) Now I have an issue-sometimes the vision is blurry/ black shadows like earthworms appear floating wherever I see they keep on moving with movement of eyes . Kindly suggest.

Shadows coming in front of eyes are basically floaters Which are common in those people who had high glasses numbers before LASIK It is important to get detailed Retina Evaluation done every year after LASIK even if u don’t have any complaints So get Dilated Retina checkup done at any centre near you
