Hello I am having problem with my vision I am not able to see far away writings and objects too. Also I face headache whenever I go out in the sun. I don't prefer wearing shades. Please tell me what should I do.

In all likelihood you need spectacles with power. Get your eye examination done. Start wearing glasses regularly, most of the problems would get resolved. You can always opt for contact lenses if you don’t want to wear glasses

Hello Ma'am , get a spectacle power checkup done whenever safely possible next and if you get any spectacles then use it constantly, follow proper working pattern for Laptops/ Computers/Mobile, Go for Antiglare Glasses, healthy nutritious diet, adequate sleep and adequate water intake. If after following everything still you get headaches then meet any nearby Physician.
