Hi, As the lattice degeneration has already been lasered, there is little risk of retina detaching, sometimes the spots which you see in front of your eye also called as floaters do not cause any major visual disturbance , and does not need further treatment, However You need retina surgeon consult 1. if you observe sudden increase in the number of spots or threads 2. you observe sudden bright lights in front of your eyes...otherwide regular 6 monthly checkup is sufficient .

Since u have already seen a retina specialist and treatment has been done,Please allow it to settle. U will have to get used to it. It will wear off gradually. But continue the follow up as advised.
