Few years ago I had lot pimples on my face due this my skin has visible pores.. this tym also I got pimples whenever I go out..I use Lotus sunscreen spf40..any solution plz

Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it..
