Visable pulse in right side of neck....

Seeing visable pulse in right side of my neck . Is this a sign of heart problems or usual thing, If it is problem what are the other symptoms need to observe and what are the test's need to do for this. Please guide me this. And i am having thyroid , is this a reason to visable pulse.

Visible neck pulsation have a huge differential diagnosis 1) Get a 2D Echo to rule out any cardiac valvar issues and also get an arch echo in the same setting 2) Neck vessel Doppler
